Product Description

Our company was built in 2007. We strive to lead in the development, innovation and manufacture of the highest quality products and services in GGBFS, slag cement and ordinary Portland cement. We have four production lines of GGBFS with annual capacity of 4.8 million MT, and eight production lines of cement with annual capacity of 10 million MT. The product grades of cement include P.O32.5/32.5R/42.5/42.5R/52.5/52.5R and ordinary Portland cement.

Our products have been sold in the Middle East, Singapore, South Korea, and Africa. Moreover, we have received a good reputation from our customers for high quality and good services.


Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag

Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag (GGBFS) is made by quenching molten blast furnace slag (a by product of iron and steel making) in water to produce a glassy granular product that is then dried and ground into a fine powder GGBFS. It consists mainly of calcium and aluminum silicates and has a chemical composition similar to these respective natural minerals and to hydrated Portland cement. GGBFS is typically finer than Type 1 Portland cement. It is an off-white color powder with a specific gravity of about 2.88 and is handled and dispersed like Portland cement.

3. Mortar compressive strength, 28 days= 52.5 mpa

B. Chemical composition:

1. Magnesia (mgo) = 14% (max.)

2. Sulphur (s) = 1.5% (max.)

3. Sulphate (so3) = 4.0% (max.)

4. Loss on ignition (loi) = 3.0% (max.)

5. Chloride ion content = 0.02% (max.)

6. Chemical modulus Cao+mgo+sio2 = 67% (min.) (cao+mgo)/sio2 = 1.0 (min.) Cao/sio2 = 1.4 (max.)

7. Moisture content = 1.0% (max.) C.Glass content = 95% (min.)
